Files and authored content
Selected PDFs, images, filenames and authored text are processed in workbench browser memory. There is no server API for uploading private documents. The workbench uses an origin separate from public content and contains no advertising, analytics or session-recording scripts.
Projects and downloads
There is no document autosave or localStorage storage. PDFs and projects you download remain in the chosen location. A project can include source PDFs, images and authored content. Closing the tab releases application memory; the app does not control device backups or browser/operating-system memory management.
Static files and hosting logs
Static hosting: Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, traffic routing and system configuration information for service delivery and security. Retention depends on processing purposes and legal obligations; its privacy notice specifies no single fixed period for all access records. Image metadata
JPEGs requiring EXIF orientation correction become upright PNGs in the browser. Other JPEGs retain original bytes and can retain EXIF and location data. This is not a secure-redaction or metadata-removal tool; remove sensitive data before import.
Support messages
Email support is a separate communication that you choose to send. Your email provider may process message content and attachments, so do not attach private PDFs. We use the sender address and message content to answer enquiries and resolve issues. We delete enquiry emails within 90 days after handling is complete, except information that must be retained by law for the required period. Send deletion requests to contact@gettimetoolkit.com.
Advertising, cookies and consent
Advertising, analytics, accounts and cookie-based tracking are not currently used. Any future advertising on public content requires implementation-specific disclosures and consent checks for the relevant regions and ad methods before activation. Private document workspaces will remain ad-free.
